Account deletion
Request deletion of your Fieldstar account.
Use this page to request deletion of an app account created for Fieldstar or another Squincy app. When an account deletion request is approved, we will delete the user data associated with that app account unless we are required to keep limited records for legal, security, fraud prevention, or business compliance reasons.
What to include
Send the account email, full name, phone number if used, company or organization, app name, and any details that help us identify the account.
What we delete
We will delete the app account and associated user data, including profile details and account-linked app records under our control.
What may remain
Some records may be retained where required for legal obligations, security logs, audit trails, dispute resolution, or contractual compliance.
Deletion process
- 1. Submit your request. Email us at [email protected] or use the request form on this page.
- 2. We verify ownership. We may contact you to confirm that you own or are authorized to delete the account.
- 3. We delete eligible data. After verification, we delete the app account and associated user data under our control.
- 4. We confirm completion. We will notify you after the request has been processed.
